I want to upgrade to premium, but I get no response to my communication attempts
I donated enough for the lifetime pass to the "free" version, and quickly decided i needed the premium version. The premium page says that my previous donation for the free version can be applied to the purchase of premium. It says to contact support to do this, but there is no response to my emails...
