Re: Feedbacks needed for Segmental Video Encoding
I've never had SVE work correctly, no matter what version of Mediacoder I've used eventually the audio is always out of sync no matter how I encode it. The video always works correctly, but the audio after 20+ min is incredibly out of sync, even though video works flawlessly Here's a suggestion, if ...

Why is ref frame limit for QuickSync 8? You can go higher
So I found if you edit the config file manually, you can set the QuickSync ref files higher than 8 ref up to 16 ref, and you get a massive increase in quality, and renders about only 8% slower

Does full mediacoder donation license for life cover GPU?
I'm not a business etc, but I'm very interested in the lifetime donation thing for unrestricted video processing
Does this cover quicksync? Mediacoder has the best quicksync encoder around, but does the full donation package cover unlimited use of it?

Re: Quicksync support - Fix for reference frames past 3?
Actually give me JUST a minute, I think I got it working, all because I no longer have an AMD video card. I just stuck in my new GTX 980 last week and am doing a test encode right now with quicksync and its working 100% ATM with 8 Ref frames It could be because of the GTX 980 OR it could be because ...

Quicksync support - Fix for reference frames past 3?
Right now if you set LA BRC to 100 for best quality, you can only set reference frames to a max of 3, any more and it causes a crash of the quick sync encoder
Is there a fix coming for this issue that's persisted for months and months?

AMD VCE Support
Given that AMD VCE is the highest quality hardware encoder out there, and now AMD VCE is allowed to be used by any application freely, is there a chance we can get AMD VCE support soon for AMD users? https://github.com/jackun/openencodevfw has a vfw codec, is it possible to get it to work with Media...

Mediacoder won't select audio tracks
Right now, if you try to encode with mediacoder, it won't let you select an audio track if there is more than one
You have to extract the audio files, and then encode it, then stick it back into the finished file you want in order to encode a select track

Re: h.264 high10 profile
I dunno if I can add to this, but when I encode my videos with High10, its also ignoring the B-frames/ref frames count and is instead going with whatever encoding profile I use
If I encode with say fast, its 3, slow its 8, very slow/placebo its 16 ref and bframes

VP8 locks up if doing dual/tripple pass
VP8/WebM locks up if doing 2 or 3 pass encode, works fine in single pass
