The mobile is Samsung SGH-X700. Plays H.263 and XviD "Simple profile 0", 15 fps, *.3gp or *.mp4, lc-aac (mono/stereo)

For example, input frame is 608x336. Resized would be 176x96. But nether of codecs accept this.

I found Expanding in VD but would rather use MediaCoder... if it's all-in-one ))

I have to encode for my mobile. Rezolution is 176x144. What are the settings for the Expanding filter to add borders?
