Mini Mp4 Player Model Aqua I bought from Uxcell

I bought these Mp4 Players the model Aqua and the computer doesn't recognize them other than a simple flash drive.I can store music on but the videos won't work at all!!! I tried just about everything.It's an avi player and even though i've converted movies into avi it stores them in but wont play them.When I click on to play them on the Mp4 player it says the following: Warning! File Format Error! The box and manual say it comes with a driver already or use the cd that came with it.Well the cd I used taht came with doesn't have anything for this player.It has an AMV Converter that is for other models that play in AMV format and for converting the avi. and other files into amv format. I already have contacted Uxcell and still waiting for a response.I'm 1step away from breaking these Mp4 players that much has ****ed me off. I downloaded this software Mediacoder from the Uxcell website in the download area and still it's not working on the Mp4 Player the model AQUA or even the Neutron Star model.Please help if you can.

I bought a Nova player from Uxcell as well - same problems! Wish I could tell the world that this company sucks big time!

Have u tried converting with the Generic Mobile Phone extension?
