problem when start nvenc encode

hello! have i5 4430, gtx 970 with 347.52 version of driver nvidia, and windows 8.1 64bit

i've been installed "MediaCoder NVENC Update for x64"

and when i want to convert a video in h.265 using nvenc encoder give me 014 error

what am i doing wrong?

if i change h265 for h264 get some problem

Average bitrate doesn't work for nvenc, only absolute/constant bitrate or constant QP.

Have you discovered good settings to encode with H265 and NVENC?
