Cropper is broken in 5599 to 5605

There is a few pixel black border inside the cropping window.

I move the cropping window at the bottom and sides and the video moves down and to the right.

Everything works as it should on 5588.

MediaCoder is now forcing me to upgrade to a broken version. If you want to force people to keep up to date you need to be on top of these bugs. I hope I don't need to use the Cropper anytime soon.

MediaCoder will not force you to update if you follow the simple instruction in: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=8068.

That is why I stick to build 5392 until there is some evidence that the common bugs have been addressed.

So on my installation when I launch an outdated version it closes and opens a web page to that I can't edit the settings.

Edit: Even if I edit the settings file manually it still closes just does not open the web page. I guess I am forced to use handbrake to crop and encode uncompressed then encode with mediacoder. I can't believe I paid over $100 for an offline key for this.

This has never happened to me before. So, I can't even guess what you might be doing.

Once again, you must be doing something unusual here. In any case, there are too few details for anyone to comment.

Either start a new Topic amphasising the $100 or write (PM) to Stanley and detail the problem and, again stress the $100.

Thanks for the repaly, I already emailed Stanley but I am sure everyone is aware how long it takes him to respond if even at all. When I bought the USB key it took almost a week for him to respond with my online key and then a day or two later to ship the USB key.

I just did a 100% fresh install of windows 8.1. After the install I installed Nvidia driver, firefox, then MediaCoder 5588 x64 and it does the exact same thing. Also my Offline Key... does not work offline. Says it is unable to get a valid license. Just like my MediaCoder ID after a while was unable to connect to the internet to validate.
