Is there an extension available for the Sensa E series players for video?

If you use RockBox, which is a Firmware replacement for your OEM firmware, they have an Extension for MediaCoder.
The only problem I have faced with the extension is that it invokes a Web Based Java Scripted web box, that requires MS IE due to its embedded features.
The problem is that this extension does indeed convert your files to work on your Snasa E series, but only with RockBox Firmware.
The glitch in it, is that if you also use Firefox, even if IE is your default browser, when you choose their extension, it will invoke a Fiirefox box, that is missing components to properly work.
(Someone in the RockBox forum pointed me here about this, because they felt the extension was a MediaCoder issue, which it is not, it is a Windows registry issue...MediaCoder is AWESOME!)
BTW: If you do consider using RockBox, read their FAQ' very carefully, and be sure of your version of Sansa. They are pretty straight forward, and the forums and guides are very comprehensive.
If you are like me, I am game for anything to improve my players performance, and RockBox, is a big improvement over Sansa' interface.
