NTSC vs PAL

An exelent program I thougt.
However, the conversion seems to be always in the NTSC format ( frame rate 29 p/s)
I have try'to set the frame rate, in PICTURE, on 25.000, but it dit not work.

Is there an solution for any outputfile in PAL (frame rate 25 p/s) format?
