Can't connect to internet when running as admin

I'm having problems. I'm using version 8.25.5560 which I received validation code for about a month and a half ago. Everything was going fine until yesterday. Even when running as administrator, I get the nag screen. It now asks me for ID which I no longer have access to. The program will not connect to server. I was wondering if a reinstall or update would fix the problem. If not - any suggestions?

I was unable to reply earlier due to personal reasons. I have since upgraded but am still having the same problems. Nag seems to appear more often than it used to.

Maybe check to see if your antivirus/firewall is blocking it from accessing the network connection? I'm not sure what else might be the issue.

AV is not the problem. I don't have a record of my activation code. I have upwards of 30 video files to encode which I planned on doing while I was away, but with the nag screen still coming up, this is impossible.

I think your activation code is the email address you registered with (it's what mine is). Otherwise, have you tried sending an email to support@mediacoderhq.com asking if they can check your registration?
