I am running Mediacoder 8.17.5302.
I have tried every update after that - I would love to got to 8.18 - none of them work.
The install has no problem, the configuration is a breeze BUT as soon as I click on start, it says 'encoding' but it just stands still - the counters don't run, the preview doesn't come up and nothing happens. If I click on stop, it says 'still encoding'. A couple of times I tried to leave it till morning - no joy.
Tonight I tried 8358 - exactly the same result - I went back to 17.5302 and it runs like a dream with the exact same settings.
Am I not doing something or am I doing something wrong?
