We have bought a premium web-license version of the Mediacoder last week, but when we install the software and run it, we get the message "This system is not authorized for the software."
We have tested it on three systems (Win7 - WinXP Pro - WinXP home). All the systems have a working internet connection but on all the systems we get this message/error.
Please help!!
