Builds x265 release, and FFMPEG with soport HEVC/H265

Binaries release software encoder x265, x86 and x64 executable and 8bit/16bit color.

MKVMerge 6.4 soport muxed stream video HEVC in MKV.

LAVFilters with FFMPEG soport decoder stream video HEVC.

;-) when we mediacoder to encode decode H265?

Time to support HEVC now! Next release will definitely include support for x265.
