Support ordering/default audio track

Currently I am recording DVB broadcast to an MPEG-TS file.
This has two audio tracks: 1-Dutch (default) 2-English.

What I'd like to do is keep both audio tracks, but reverse the order.
Or at least change the default track to English.

Could this be implemented? I tried to add some ffmpeg options to map the tracks in reverse order, but the resulting command line has these options in the wrong place.
