Converting MP4 Videos with variable frame rate to fixed FR

Hi,

I have a HTC ONE X creating FullHD Vids with variable frame rate.

It would be very good to be able to convert them to 25 or 30fps allowing me to edit these files.
With variable frame rate are audio and video absolutely asyncron.
