Ok here i'll report it, don't know if it matters for normal non use of subtitles and rendering. Don't use subs or encode with them or for them.
Maybe this Font Config is needed for something else during encoding ?
Seen with FFmpeg and or also MEncoder codecs in the console while encoding mpeg2 to xvid.
