Suggestions for Time Tab (direct in/out entry)

Hello,

I've noticed strange behaviour when attempting to get the Time tab to work. For whatever reason, on my computer, there's only one way to select clip times.

I have to go into the Time tab, hit the Select button, and then use the Mark In/Mark Out buttons while the video is playing.

This is quite a lengthy process compared to entering in some numbers and hitting Enter. (which doesn't work) It also doesn't get me the exact times I wanted. Ex: Rather than 28:000 -> 1:28:000 I end up with 28:400 -> 1:27:700, because the video keeps unpausing every time I move it.

It would be nice if I could type in numbers and press Enter to lock them in.
