mp4 box stopped working

When encoding m2ts streams with dts audio i get this error after encoding has finished, ac3 streams work no problem.

Formate: h.264
Source : Auto
Encoder : Cuda ; High profile, level 4.1, B-Frames 2

Audio
Source : Auto
Encoder : FAAC; Quality Bitrate (500), MGEP Version (MPEG4), Container (AAC)
Resample: Original

Container
MP4
Multiplexer: AUTO, no other setting selected in this area? Not sure if that is my problem ?

Why would I be able to encode without any errors, but when the multiplexer starts (only with dts streams) I get errors ?

I am using windows 7 64 , mediacoder version 0.7.2 build 4582, 32 bit
