Yes I've set the source to FFmpeg after looking at your posts, but still didn't get a watermark once.
Actually I've never seen the watermark on my end either. It seems this is a conditional water mark.

I am doing work to avoid using ffmpeg, e.g. use AviSynth for decoding. FFmpeg is already an optional component and not distributed with mediacoder.
When things work together, things work.
