MediaCoder multilingual support (translation help needed)

Hi Stanley,

I would like to make a Spanish (Castilian) version of Mediacoder for you. I plan to use English.xml from SVN. Please, can you update English.xml if there is any new feature planned, thank you

I have made a translation of MediaCoder to Spanish-socalled-Latinamerican, is up to date for build 3902; it was done for personal use, mainly because there is another Spanish translation

, but the other is just a little bit outdated and in fact they are nothing similar.

The questions:
Do you want to include it in MediaCoder?
