flv to avi - ffmpeg bug

Hi,

MC fails to transcode .flv to .avi : error about ffmpeg that can't be loaded saying that was not found. But no error with other format.

Error occurs with version 0.6.2.4275 and 0.6.2.4280 as far I know.

I replaced ffmpeg (2008.08.06) with the 0.6.1.4045 version (2008.01.29) and all work with this. So ffmpeg used in last version is guilty :twisted:

Tried forcing video source to MPlayer or MEncoder?

Odd result.
Transcoded only ~0,7 sec.

Also what about old MEncoder issue with VFR (desynchro A/V)...?

Also have problem's with MEncoder, ffmpeg encoding

Please look into this.

I want to experiment with a few containers, codecs and formats.
(containers: matroska, nut, ogg)

I need working muxer's for those containers.
And as long as MediaCoder doesn't work, I must wait for when it does.

Ffmpeg has had some API changes recently,
maybe there is some sort of API problem?
(They have only very recently removed the old API's.)
(The time lines seem to fit to this problem.)

Update MediaCoder to the new API please.
