Only BitDefender and GData (same engine?) report of trojan.

Dowload MediaCoder without installer (.7z) from SourceForge or wait for antivirus update.

Question... why there is false-positive report?
OpenCandy...?

Nothing was found when I scanned with Avast! Antivirus. Probably a false positive.

It is adware/malware see wilderssecurity (dot) com/showthread.php?t=225911

or search google for opencandy.

It is in the 6.2.4266 installer too and creates a folder Mediacoder/opencandy/ with DLManager.exe and OCSetupHlp.dll

*edit* if I can get this to work for my appllication I would be happy to make a donation - sans the adware

How long before I can remove a trojan horse from quarantine? I recently ran my spy sweeper and it discovered a trojan named trojan.gen, it quarantined it for me. My questions are is my identity safe with it in quarantine? Is it safer to delete it from quarantine or keep it in quarantine? If it is safe to remove it how long should I wait before I delete it? Your input will be greatly appreciated.
