Fixed File Size?

Its kinda irritating when I have to choose the bitrate to fix the size because I like all of my converted files to be 700MB.

I couldnt find this feature anywhere in Mediacoder so I hope you could put the fixed file size in your next update so that the user needs to type the file size and the file is then converted to the size the user put.

MediaCoder settings:

x264 (backend/source: mencoder, fps: 23,976, Fabio Sonatti's settings) + nero aac 64 in matroska
