There is only one programme i know that can currently do this. It is called automen and was created by someone on Doom9's forum. Maybe you could look into it. Thankyou

Ok, so with the framerate conversion needing fixing in the new version of Mediacoder, i thought that maybe the developers could try to allow mediacoder to convert variable frame rate to constant frame rate. At the moment, it doesnt work because sound goes out of sync quickly.
