Error Code 006 When Converting .koz to .mp3

Repro Steps:

Add a folder containing .koz music files from Sprint.
Select an output folder.
Observe that the output folder is not read-only, and none of the .koz files are read only.

Expected Behavior:

Should be able to click on "Start" and see the files convert.

Observed Behavior:

The "Error Files" counter increments for every .koz file and a pop-up error dialog reports an error 006 I/O Error. The files are not exclusively open by another application, and the destination folder is not read-only.

MediaCoder does not accept KOZ as input files. Not only that, they are copy protected. See list of Supported Audio & Video Formats.
