RealMedia appears to be added already, but don't work! :?

RMVB is not supported for encoding.

Often, such problems occur due to system failures or incorrect installation. I advise you to reinstall and the problem should be solved. You can try something different, there is a lot more interesting software for such things, for example https://yumdownload.com/real-alternative. There is a lot of software, which is suitable for your purposes.
