link to Fraunhofer codec is broken

I tried to download the Fraunhofer MP3 codec, but the link is broken. The site mediacoder.com.cn can not be found.

It doesn't seem to be fixed. This is the link from the MediaCoder web site:

And this is the error message I get:

Address Not Found

That page is ok, but when I click on download I will get a new page, and that tells me the download will start automatically, or if it doesn't I will have to click on "this link".

Since the download doesn't start, I click on the link and get the error I mentioned earlier.

I'm having this problem now too. I think it is probably new, but it is the same problem. I've been having it for the last 2 days. The link is:

It's issue with hotlinking.
Some changes on All4MP3 site - can't use hotlink (directly download) - EULA confirmation is required before download.
