Problems converting MKV to AVI
I just want to convert an mkv to an avi file the thing is it does convert it but only converts half of the file so i have a file it has a total running time of 22min but only converts 10min every time should i change some setting or something?
No answere from me (yet). I deleted your avatar because it was far too big. Please keep in mind that it can be obstrusive. Images of the size of 120x120 pixel should be okay.
What anime was that from? Romeo X Juliet or Good Witch of the West?

Indeed it does. I am running 4031 on Windows XP SP2 with an AMD 64 processor.stanley wrote:Does this still happen with build 403x?
I just downloaded it today on purpose as I can't use any other recoding software so far to get the Emily of the New Moon [dp] mkv into Xvid avi.
I only got 10 minutes without getting an error message and the subs (.a s s) were not synchronized to the sound and picture (which were synchronized).
Here's the file info from your program

Try this update Estara. Not sure if this will fix the problem though.

Thanks! I'll check with the iffy file once the other mkvs (which work like a charm - Gallery Fake by Muji and Shugo Chara by Formula) have transcoded.B!ink wrote:Try this update Estara. Not sure if this will fix the problem though.

Edit: Well, unfortunately it didn't work with Emily or Shugo Chara 14. I got filesizes of around 100 MB which translates into a 10 minute piece, interestingly enough when I used an outside extracted file of the subs for Emily it did sync to the audio, but the picture is out of sync now. It's further along, probably because of the OP before the main story?
In Shugo Chara 14, the subs and the picture are in synch, but the sound is faster than the rest. There is no OP in that one.
