Some good features:

Sometimes I make video with my camera in vertical format and I would like to round the full video horizontally, but I can't. I'd like a feature like this.

It will be good to add this software http://www.camstudio.org/ in MediaCoder (camstudio is able to record the desktop and save in AVI and SWF).

Now MediaCoder use MPlayer. The full pack of MPlayer (with also WMA and WMV plugin) used in MediaCoder is about 13mb big (compressed with UPX Tools). VLC Player is bigger (even if is better) than MPlayer. But with UPX Tools is possible to compress VLC a lot and after compression VLC is only 10mb big! So is possible to use VLC instead of MPlayer, that is better and smaller (<3mb) than MPlayer.

With this software http://sourceforge.net/projects/upxer is possible to compress every single file of MediaCoder.

I'll have look at the tool you mentioned.
Yes UPX can make the exe files smaller. But it does help to make the installer smaller as the installer maker will compress all the files.

EDIT: CamStudio is a nice free software. But it doesn't seems necessary to be integrated.

I think you can compress with UPX every single file before the creation of the setup.exe

I've ever tried this. This turns out to result in a bigger installer size, because the over-head in 2-time compression.

In this case will be good to make 2 different version of MediaCoder. Install and no-install. So the second one can be smaller and people can use MediaCoder from a USB Drive.

This is a good idea. But this will surely add my burden of releasing, to release 2 versions each time.
