Can't set file size in 0.8.42.5822

Have some large 5.9 GB DVR recordings that I wanted to crush down to 2GB but the .42 build crushed them to 279MB which is unwatchable. I tried over and over again with different settings but always resulted in over compression.
I downgraded back to the .41 build and it works properly.
