huffyuv not decoding properly with x64 version, works on x86

I'm transcoding a huffyuv captured using Debut Video Capture ("Huffyuv (native)" setting) with mp3 audio.
When playing back the file (e.g. Play Original) it is corrupted under the x64 version. The transcoding shows similar corruption (odd colours, etc.). This does not happen on the x86 version. This happens on 0.8.41 build 5816. I was previously using an older version of MediaCoder before this (can't remember which, but circa 2014) and it didn't have the issue.
