Media Freezing Win 8.1

I notice my Win 8.1 Frozen after doing a simple Mp4 to MKV H264 AC3
I had to go back to 0.8.38.5783 where it doesn't Freeze my OS
No Good
0.8.39.5790
0.8.40.5800
I have not tested recent builds for that Audio Delay problem Fix.
Will try 5802 but won't expect it not to freeze 8.1
It looks good but I'm still testing 5802
