I have a strange problem with all versions later then
MediaCoder-x64-0.8.34.5716
Tried just also the latest one : MediaCoder-x64-0.8.39.5790
Problem is that All versions later the 0.8.43 seem to read the resolution of WMV files wrong… (Like incredible high) :
failed to attache a screenshot in a word doc but reading says:
Resolution: 47185920x65636
Clicking down in the properties details window reveals the correct setting 1280x720.
Also the file scanning to get the properties takes a very long time… 10 x or more the normal time…
This seems the same problem independent of the source file. Even with small sample WMV files…
Checking the file properties directly in Windows file explorer gives the good reading 1280x720 :
Version used : 0.8.39 build 5790 nov. 2015
I’m on Windows 10 now, but was the same on Win8.1…
Only way to make it working is Always reverting back to MediaCoder-x64-0.8.34.5716 – so I’m stuck with old versions …
Any clue / suggestions ?
