Actually the CUDA part was not touched. Can you use NVENC?

Win 7 64, NVIDIA GTX 680, driver 347.88 - WHQL,

Version 0.8.33.5685 + 5712 -> CUDA detected -> Cuda Encoder Ok, NVEnc OK

Version 0.8.34.5710 -> no GPU detected ?? -> Manual Cuda Encoder slow, NVenc crash 2~3 second

It's impossible you could use NVENC with build 5685 as it was not fully implemented in it.

Win 7 64, NVIDIA GTX 680, driver 347.88 - WHQL

reproduce bug:

1. Install version MediaCoder-x64-0.8.33.5685.exe
2. Install update MediaCoder-x64-update-5712.exe (http://www.mediacoderhq.com/dlupdate.htm)
3. I check encoder gpu and a dialog with information:
nVidia CUDA acceleration hardware detected. Only H.264 format is supported with acceleration enabled.

Result: CUDA Encoder works perfectly, NVENC works well (slightly slower than CUDA Encoder)

4. I uninstall and delete the directory
5. Install version MediaCoder-x64-0.8.34.5710.exe
6. I check encoder gpu and a dialog with information:
No supported acceleration hardware detected

7.Manually set CUDA Encoder and then NVENC

Result: CUDA Encoder works very slowly, NVENC does not work

8. Install update MediaCoder-x64-update-5712.exe (http://www.mediacoderhq.com/dlupdate.htm)

Result: CUDA Encoder works very slowly, NVENC does not work

9. I uninstall and delete the directory
10. Repeat steps 1 to 3 (x64-0.8.33.5685 + update 5712)

Result: CUDA Encoder works perfectly, NVENC works well (slightly slower than CUDA Encoder)

the same problem with version 0.8.34.5712

1. I uninstall all version and delete the directory
2. Install version MediaCoder-x64-0.8.34.5712.exe
3. I check encoder gpu and a dialog with information:
No supported acceleration hardware detected

4. I uninstall all version and delete the directory
5. Install version MediaCoder-x64-0.8.34.5685.exe
6. Install version MediaCoder-x64-0.8.34.5685.exe (over version)
7. I check encoder gpu and a dialog with information:
nVidia CUDA acceleration hardware detected. Only H.264 format is supported with acceleration enabled.

Result: CUDA Encoder works perfectly, NVENC works well

The key is to keep using older version of cudaEncode.exe.
