Slow Encoding Fraps Video x264 (x64 Build 0.8.33.5680)

Hi im new here, i have a issue with the encoder, i have a game play recorded with fraps, and im trying to encode it with mediacoder, in the past I encoded many videos without problem, but now, the encoder is too slow and dont use all my CPU:

Obviously i have the tasking in higher and all cores used, the settings in Ultra Fast and Zero Latency without results, can someone help me?

I saw you using Ultra Fast preset and that is quite likely not using all your processor power. How fast did you get before?

This only happens if the video to encode is from fraps recorder, if i try other video everything is ok.
Is the same if i change the preset to normal or other, any suggestion?
