AMD VCE Support

Given that AMD VCE is the highest quality hardware encoder out there, and now AMD VCE is allowed to be used by any application freely, is there a chance we can get AMD VCE support soon for AMD users?
https://github.com/jackun/openencodevfw has a vfw codec, is it possible to get it to work with Mediacoder? I use it with Adobe Premiere Pro with fantastic results
