Using build 5588 with Add Track, the Add Track window gave the starting times of the 7 chapters as:
00:00.000, 00:11.680, 00:40.600, 01:16.520, 01:56.360, 02:27.960 and 03:58.360.
These are correct (from MediaInfo).
Hence, the chapter durations, calculated by difference would be:
11.68, 28.92, 35.92, 39.84, 31.6 and 90.4 sec.
Or, expressed in ss:ff, the durations are
11:17, 28:23 , 35:23 , 39:21 , 31:15 and 90:10 sec.
When each chapter was encoded to MP4 via MediaCoder their durations were
11:00, 29:00, 35:02, 40:00, 31:00 and 89:14 sec.
These are incorrect.

Incorrect calculation from Add Track
Stanley: if you use the start times given in MediaInfo, as displayed in the Add Track window, the durations of each chapter will be correct.
I would appreciate it if you make this small change.
