MediaCoder not started with windows 8.1

Hello, i have problem with MediaCoder after the update windows 8 to Windows 8,1
I instaled the program corecly, program normally started as always but I can see the first square picture with logo of the program and it is everything ...
If I press ctrl alt delete, i can see MediaCoder on memmory as sleeping. It use 0% procesor and 26MB of ram.

I tried instaled 64bit version and 32 bit too. I tried run it as administrator . I tried instal more older version , I tried instal it on disk D:\ (not system disc) , I updated bios of motherboard , I updated all drivers + chipset for MB but not help.
Please have you any help for my ? thx guys...

Yes, I use this program very long time and i dont know any bigger problem.
Im not a video maniac , but i used this progam for occasional video conversion since the days of Windows XP.
On windows 8 , (after the update to win 8,1) working correctly withou problem.
The problem comming exclusively after the update to win 8.1.

I tried some older version and i finally find a versions , where MediaCoder working now.
It is the older version , where MediaCoder use older dll files.(avutil-50.dll) not (avutil-52.dll)
This versions working good also now. (I tried 32 bit versions only)

Working only v2011 - RC1 to RC3 (32 and 64 too)
Newer versions sleeping in memory and do not started. Just version with avutil-50.dll vorking good . And with avutil-51.dll and avutil-52.dll not started.

I only tested on Windows 8. Any other users on 8.1?

I'm on Windows 8.1, Everything works I just can't validate my ID.

My MediaCoder waiting in memory the answer what has come from the Internet (analysis of waiting) Last test [0.8.27.5573]
i tested it also with disabled antivirus disabled win firewal and router in DMZ zone

On first startup, a welcome page will be displayed showing you some information. Once clicking Start button in the page, MediaCoder's main window will pop up. You can turn off the welcome page since second startup.
It's waiting for a local page's form POST not answer from Internet.

Uninstall Media Coder & Reinstall Any Version to Other Directory. Its 100% working I have tried it.
