Build 5355: can't use file with japanese name

It doesn't even read file with english characters but in a folder with kanji (japanese text).

It should work if your system locale is set to Japanese.

yeah it shows an error before encoding if the path contains japanese symbols.. it's pretty silly that it is very strict to system/english language :lol:
