Build 5150 can't use 2 pass encoding [FIXED]

well since I updated mediacoder to build 5150 it seems I can't use 2 pass encoding
while( variable, average and constant ) bitrate work as usual
as media coder only do the first pass and before doing the second pass it says the work
is done

I'm trying to convert a MKV file which has one h264 and two aac audio stream and one srt
subtitle to a smaller file

I use mencoder for video source and x264 as encoder and for Audio mplayer is source and
encoder is FAAC to convert audio to LC-AAC

Same thing after updating to 5150.
Fuul stop after first pass. (DX50 avi -> x264 mkv. 3 pass. using old 5138 preset file)

I checking the 5152 version and still this problem when i encoding with ffmpeg for mpeg4 video format, xvid and h264 are ok.

Mediacoder build 5153
2-pass encoding still fails for MPEG-4 for FFMpeg.
Fixed for H.264 and Xvid.

Edit: How come this problem is marked as FIXED when it is completely not so?
