CUDA Encoder expired

Post by Enterprise » Thu Oct 01, 2009 1:20 pm

When I use CUDA to encode, have this message
This version of CUDA H.264 encoder has expired. Please request for an update

I am using 0.7.2.4520
Where can I get a update version?
Thx

I feel your pain. I too am looking desperately for a way to get CUDA running again. I set my date on my computer to a time earlier than Oct 1 and that worked for a while. Then I foolishly tried to update my MediaCoder version and now I can't get any version to work.

If the MediaCoder Gods are reading these, please get CUDA running again. I would even be open to paying for this feature.

Thank you!

My mediacoder just displayed that yesterday, i dont know if the date has to do with it 1/1/10??
worked fine the previous day 12/31/09.

EDIT:
I changed the date in my OS and now it works, seems to work if you set it to any 2009 date.

Hi Stanley.

The 64 bit D/L is not working; I am forwarded to the 'holding page' but no D/L starts from either mirror.

Confirmed that 32 bit is working fine though, thanks, at least I still have CUDA - phew I was worried I'd lose my 350f/s transcodes there for a moment!

Regards,

Nige.

Hello, I was only able to download the 64 bit version a few minutes ago. Before that, active X wouldn't fire and give me the file. Anyway, after a successful download, I'm sad to report that the CUDA still claims to be expired when setting my computer date past New Years Eve. Hopefully the next update will fix this issue. :?
