MediaCoder Settings (best h.264 setting for CUDA)

I have many MPEG files and will with H.264 encode.

I have a Quadcore AMD and a GeForce 9800GT

I must make which attitudes around a really good quality too to get and mean CUDA a support to use?

Although the CUDA is only able to output the Progressive Stream,I still have some idea for good output

I have some MPEG2 Stream(BD),Progressive,I probably select Level 4.1,High,B=3 for the output

Also,Including the deblocking,DeRinging,Denoising

I guess,The output is like the original one.
