Besides CUDA Encoder is much faster, it does not react on scene change like x264 Encoder do, and puts keyframes exactly at 'videoenc.cuda264.idr_period' constant distance.
Is it possible to add an option to set the MIN and the MAX value for keyframes in CUDA Encoder with scene change detection?
