Windows 10 Intel QuickSync Problem Fixed

hi, after updating to windows 10 it's not possible to use the 'extend these displays' trick to enable quicksync while you're using your discrete vga card. and lucid virtu is not an option any more with w10. after a lot of trials and errors i was able to make QS work without any changes in default display settings of windows.
in mediacoder video encoding settings \ Intel Encoder Settings, choose Direct3D 11 (in earlier windows, i was able to make it work only with D3D 9) and try. if you still receive an error, choose Disabled in Use D3D combo and try again.
