Quicksync not working on Intel G3258

Hello All,
please can you help me to find the way to make Intel Quicksync working?
Always getting the error 14. I installed Intel Media SDK but it did not help. I used x64 and x86 version but none of them worked.
Any ideas? Thanks a lot.
