I'm on Windows 8.1 64-bit
Kepler graphics card Nvidia Geforce GTX 670, Nvidia drivers 340.52
Using MediaCoder x64 0.8.33.5680 Portable (but displays as 0.8.32.5680 in the title bar)

I can confirm that NVENC is available in the Encoder options. Thanks for adding the option. But it doesn't work. NVENC loads and then unloads immediately and I get Error 014.
