CUDA Encoding for SLI system?

I am wondering if CUDA encoding is available for multi-gpu so that I can fully utilize the SLI system. Can mediacoder select specific GPU for encoding? For example, I can have two video files encoding in parallel, with one on GPU1 and the other one on GPU2?
