It's been 3 years since the last post in this thread. Is there now a built-in way to enable Intel QuickSync Decode in MediaCoder?

I tried installing the latest FFDshow but Intel hardware decode wasn't an option under H.264 or any of the others I could find.

Still, an internal method within MediaCoder would be the cleanest solution. Any updated tips on this?

MediaCoder relies MEncoder, FFmpeg or AviSynth for decoding. It does not handle decoding by itself.
