cudah264enc.exe documentation

Post by elmarikon » Sat Jun 27, 2009 6:30 am

Hi!

I know, the cuda ha264enc is disabled at the moment, but I was wondering if there is a doc available.
Has anyone got a hint for me?

All the best!

Okay,
noone seems to know a thing...

This is what I could find out so far about the cmd-options:

-i Infile

-o outfile

-abit target bit rate (int)

-pbit peak bitrate (int)

-profile (0 = baseline, 1 = main, 2 = high)

-level (~51) (int)

-iw input width (int)

-ow output width (int)

-ih input height (int)

-oh output height (int)

-fpsnum fps numerator (int)

-fpsden fps denumerator (int)

-pinterval Interval of P-Frames (int)

-preset (-1 = custom, 0 = PSP, 1 = iPod, 2 = AVCHD, 3 = BD, 4 = 1440)

-deblock deblocking (bool)

-gop dynamic gop (bool)

-disablesps (bool)

-disablecabac (bool)

-idrp IDR period (int)

-qp QP level I-frames (int)

-qpp QP level P-frames (int)

-qpb QP level P-frames (int)

-darw aspect ratio width (int)

-darh aspect ratio height (int)

-rc (rate control?) (int)

-enabledi deinterlacer (bool)

-nalframe NALU frametype (int)

-forceidr frce IDR (bool)

-forceintra force Intra (bool)

-verify (?) (int)

-psnr (peak signat to noise ratio <calculation>) (bool?)

-fmode (?)

-clearstat (?)

-detectgpu (would override all other options)

But even with the full command line, the encoder would only return 'missing critical parameter, please check', so I could not ecode even one frame via command line so far.
(if the command line has unknown arguments, it would return: 'Invalid argument - (null)'

If anyone can help filling the gaps, please do!

All the best so far!
