Nero AAC encoder and tsMuxeR are about to be removed

Nero AAC encoder and tsMuxeR are about to be removed from MediaCoder's distribution since 0.7.1.4450, as is opposed by several parties. Users will have to download the files separately.

When I saw the title I thought Nero AAC was going to be removed completely. Good that it won't be though. Will it be a case of just downloading the encoder from the nero website or will the pack be available here?
