I download a flv file from keepvid, try conversion to zune

Ok, so I downloaded this flv file from keepvid which basically takes movies from like youtube and puts them into flv files. For some reason MediaCoder encounters an error and won't export a file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
